The PoD is still the same as the previous post, this time it's now reserved for the Head of State; either a native Egyptian-speaking Muslim dynasty or a (radically) different Mamluks got the throne and revived the title "Pharaoh", so this alternate Egypt is now a constitutional monarchy.
The symbol that was featured in this flag is the Eye of Horus, a symbol of the royal power in ancient Egypt, and the colors are blue and yellow, their symbolism already given.
Created and edited on both MS Paint and Photoscape.

So,they are the Pahlavis in Iran, reviving ancient Persian traditions but reconciling it with modern Persian ones. In this case, they are Egyptians.
