La bandera leonesa

Honestly, the chance of forming a Leonese autonomous community in the Spanish Transition was a missed one, because the three provinces the should constitute the historical territory of the Kingdom of León (the eponymous province, Zámora and Salamanca) shared the same culture and history that are distinct enough from their eastern neighbors. But, as they said, c'est la vie.

Anyway, the flag was basically a combination of French-inspired design , but with only two colors, and the coat of arms of the Leonese Country (País Leonés), or in OTL, the heraldry of the province of León.

Can be used in Spain-centred TLs were there's Leonese Country; in my case, composed of the provinces of Bierzo, León and Zámora (because Salamanca was more or less related to neighboring Ávila), where Leonese language is co-official with Spanish within the region, and proud of its history and culture.
