Description

Current version:
In a scenario (or series of scenarios) where the OTL southern Chinese provinces remained linguistically distinct, albeit genetically mixed, and independent, the Hmongs, which includes OTL people of Hunan and Hubei in the said scenario(s), remained in their homeland; in relation to that, the status of Jiangxi is still open.

2015 version:
In a PoD between 7th-8th centuries and Miao Rebellions (both Ming, Qing as in OTL or even Shun), the Miao/Hmong peoples settled in OTL nothern Laos and established their presence there, forming a kingdom with Luang Prabang as the capital. Their religion was a mix of Buddhism and traditional Hmong beliefs and their writing system was directly based on Pallava script.

For the flag itself, I used the OTL Hmong flag as inspiration, with some difference: instead of Shiva's silhoutte, I used trishula in all four corners of the flag.

Created and edited on MS Paint and Photoscape.
